Maker and Co-Founder of Mini Museum, Jamie Grove, started 3D printing personal protective equipment (PPE) to help a friend working in a rural ICU. Over the course of the following weeks, the project expanded to support doctors, nurses, and first responders in multiple states. He has produced face shields, ear savers, and door knockers, among other items. Along the way, Jamie made connections with other makers and helped others get similar operations off the ground in their own local communities.

Jamie continues to print and ship daily. Proceeds from the sale of these items will go directly to creating more PPE for frontline essential workers, as well as offering financial support to other makers with the same mission.

Door openers help you avoid contaminating your hands by opening doors, pushing elevator buttons, switching lights, and other simple tasks. They can be kept in a separate pocket and washed. (Of course, it's still important to wash your hands frequently like we do!)
