Rugelach is a traditional Jewish pastry that consists of dough and filling rolled into a crescent shape. Baked by Yael's rugelach recipe is based on Israeli family tradition. We use yeast-based dough and chocolate or cinnamon filling. Unlike most of the rugelach found in DC, we make sure that our rugelach is relatively soft and subtly sweet. It does not contain nuts.
