How Baked by Yael's Ordering Process Works

We have a number of ways for you to order your Baked by Yael cake pops and other treats, which can be picked up, delivered, or shipped. We describe the ordering process below, but the bottom line is, if you want something on a day other than a regularly scheduled pick-up day and you can give us enough notice, we'll make it work. All you have to do is contact us online or call us at 202.480.YAEL (9235).

For cake pop orders, we appreciate 3 days notice for 2 dozen pops or less, or one week notice for orders over 2 dozen. However, we make cake pops every day. If you have an order and can't give us 3 days notice, please contact us.

Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Order through our online store or call us at 202.480.YAEL (9235).

Pick-up
Here's how the general ordering process works for orders that are being picked up:

- Every Monday we send out our newsletter with our weekly menu, discounts, promotions, and pictures of fun stuff we've been working on. You can sign up to receive our weekly newsletter by clicking here. We also post a link to the newsletter on Facebook and Twitter.

- You may place your order through our anytime until 5pm on the Wednesday before your pick-up date.

- During the checkout process, you'll have an opportunity to select your pick-up location. The following businesses serve as Baked by Yael pick-up locations:
* Weygandt Wines in Cleveland Park (3519 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC)
* Georgeotown Spice & Tea Exchange (1069 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC)
* Urban Igloo (1808 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC) - NEW Pick-up Location for the Holiday Season
* Jonah's Treehouse (2121 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC) - NEW Pick-up Location for the Holiday Season
* As Kindred Spirits (Annapolis Towne Center, Annapolis, MD)

Delivery
We offer delivery services in the Washington, DC area for an additional fee. For corporate catering orders, please call us at 202.480.YAEL (9235). We also offer corporate catering services through Seamless.
