Where are you located?

We're nowhere... and everywhere... at the same time. We don't have a storefront, but we will get your order to you wherever you are. We have pick-up locations in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, DC. We also offer limited delivery services for large orders in Washington and we ship most of our products within the United States.

How do I place an order?

Please join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook and Twitter to find out what we're baking each week. You can place your order by completing the form on the contact page. If you pick up your order at a Baked by Yael pick-up location, you must pay by credit card. After you place your order, we'll send you a PayPal payment request, which will contain the details of your order along with your pick-up location, day, and time.

How do I get my baked goods once I've placed my order?

Our pick-up location, Weygandt Wines is right by the Cleveland Park metro station on the red line. After you place and pay for your order with Baked by Yael, you can pick it up at Weygandt Wines from 3-8pm.

Can I pick up my order from your kitchen?

Unfortunately not.

Are your products Kosher?

No. Our products are Kosher-style; they are not certified Kosher.

Do your products contain potassium sorbate, propylene glycol monoesters, or any of those other hard-to-pronounce ingredients often found in baked goods?

No. Our products contain no artificial preservatives. We use easy-to-pronounce ingredients like flour and sugar. We use King Arthur Flour and other high-quality ingredients in all of our products.

I'm allergic to nuts. Can I still eat your products?

The vast majority of our products do not contain nuts. However, we make everything in the same kitchen. While we do our best to make sure that nuts don't make their way into nut-free foods, we can't guarantee that any of our products are completely nut-free.
